Bill Ellermeyer has spent more than 30 years in human resource management as a corporate executive and as an entrepreneur. He has a unique and valuable perspective on the changing nature of the workplace. He is a recognized pioneer in the field of executive outplacement. A futurist and visionary, Bill is tuned to key trends which will impact our careers and work environments. Tom Dean
Thomas Dean has served many different companies in many capacities, from start-ups through stable businesses. Over the past two decades, he has been very active in various entrepreneurial ventures, along with $10 billion worth of real estate investment and development opportunities.
Daily, Mr. Dean works with his portfolio companies, Capistrano Ventures (preparing companies for capital/liquidity events), and Public Interest Advisors (advising institutions on strategy and economic development). In addition to general management/leadership and finance, Mr. Dean’s favorite areas of business are pricing, yield management, client retention, and behavioral finance..
Mr. Dean received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and MBA from Harvard Business School. He has served as Managing Director of the Harvard Business School Association of Orange County and Chairman of the Entrepreneur’s Conference, HBS’ biggest alumni club event. Mr. Dean has also been a long-time Tech Coast Angel (the nation’s largest angel investment group) and served on its Executive Committee. He taught four different courses, creating all content, at UCLA and UCI.

David Rohlander,MBA
David's career includes military, academic, corporate and entrepreneurial successes. Military experience includes leadership roles and being a USAF combat fighter pilot. David was also an adjunct professor at six universities. At Merrill Lynch, David became a Regional Tax Investment Specialist and was appointed to the firm's Management Advisory Council. As an entrepreneur, he started and ran two companies, and syndicated and developed real estate.
David received his MBA in finance from California State University and his BA degree in literature and history from Westmont College. Post-graduate work was completed at Claremont Graduate School and with Peter Drucker. Professional affiliations include: Professional Coaches & Mentors Association, National Speakers Association, Forum for Corporate Directors, The Association for Corporate Growth and Association of Professional Consultants.

Peter Hlavin
Peter Hlavin has over 25 years experience in strategic corporate development, investment banking, and private equity. He has a diverse background in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, business development, corporate financing, and business coaching. He has closed over 50 deals representing $750 million in middle market transactions. Most recently, Peter was Owner of an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise. Prior to that, Peter was Managing Principal and co-founder of Classic Capital Management, a merchant banking boutique. While at Classic Capital, Peter founded and served as CEO of Continuum Skin Centers of America, an early-stage platform buildup of medical-spas.
Previously, Peter was Vice President of Corporate Development for DT Industries, a $500 million public platform build-up comprised of 16 operating divisions. In this capacity, Hlavin was responsible for devising, implementing, and executing strategic acquisitions, non-core divestitures, and facilitating other corporate development initiatives internationally. Prior experience also includes President of CrossBar Capital (investment banking advisory firm), Director of Acquisitions/Business Development Scholle Corporation (international packaging company), and AVP at GE Capital Corporate Finance (customized debt, mezzanine and equity packages for LBOs, add-on acquisitions and recapitalizations). Peter began his career in commercial banking. Hlavin received a MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Robert W. Taylor
Bob Taylor is a CFOplus corporate financial and operations executive. He is the only executive in Orange County that has been a CFO/COO for both public and private companies, a Big 4 public accountant, a Fortune 100 internal auditor, lived/worked internationally and is a CPA. Bob’s unique combination of experiences and skill set allow him to jump into difficult situations with “boots on the ground” quickly accessing the situation and developing strategies for dealing with issues. He has served companies ranging in size from startup to over $8 billion and has lived and/or worked in Central America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Bob has been a licensed CPA (active) since 1987 and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several civic and professional organizations. Bob is Founder and sponsor of Arthur Andersen – Orange County and he is a member of the 2009-2010 Mentor Business Associates Program at Chapman University. He is a graduate of the Ole Miss School of Accountancy.
Robert Kiley
Robert Kiley, Vice President of Kiley & Associates, has more than 30 years of experience in the local, state and federal political areas. Robert, as Vice President of Kiley & Associates, is an experienced government relations specialist and business development professional for corporations in the areas of residential and commercial development, civil and structural engineering, water and waste water, transportation and transit throughout California.
